January wrap up + Shop update
January sure was one hell of a month!
We launched 4 new market applications, I cleared out the queue of custom orders from last year, and we just updated the shop today!
Markets:
We started off with a bang for 2024, announcing 4 new markets:
Shop Small Valentines Crawl on February 10th
Maker’s Market @ Mahtay on February 25th
Maker’s Market @ Mahtay on March 9th
Ostara Faire on March 24th
It was a bit hectic getting so many applications out in a matter of weeks, but things have settled down nicely, and we’re so excited about all the vendors that have applied so far! I’ve noticed that we have so many new businesses applying this year, and that has been warming my heart! I started hosting markets as a market newbie, and one of my top priorities in hosting markets now, 7 years later is that we are accessible for vendors who are just starting out! So seeing so many new faces has been the most exciting part of all of this! Can’t wait to make more vendor pals this year!
Custom Order Queue:
I ended off last year with a few custom orders that I knew would take a bit too much time and with the holiday chaos, I ended up shifting gears and moving custom orders to the back burner. At the beginning of this month I reached out to everyone to see if they were all still interested in ordering and they all were!
All 3 orders were gifts so I’m not going to share the names of the customers who ordered them but I do want all of the customers to know that I’m so thankful that you all trusted me with such special gifts! I love that I got to test my pattern reading skills and my freehand skills with all of these orders!
From left to right we have a set of winnie the pooh and friends, the OG starter pokemon and a very special custom Doberman squishmallow!
For custom orders in February, I was planning on opening a couple slots for people to claim, but I’ve already had two people reach out with customs already so I unfortunately won’t be able to open anymore slots until those are done. If you’d like to reserve a spot for March, feel free to message me!
Shop Update:
If you found this post on instagram, you probably already know that I just updated the shop! I am so excited for this update because its been months since I could say, everything I have in stock currently is available online! When market season gets into full swing, its hard to keep everything updated online, especially in the summer and just before the holidays!
After taking a month off from markets, I’ve finally had the time to fully update the shop! I’m so excited to share some of my favourite pieces from the update! Make sure you go check everything out for yourself too!
